Corporate Attorney (Full Time / Hybrid in Minneapolis In-House Counsel)
If you're a corporate attorney looking to move in-house and build on your strong transactional foundation, this position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate, securities, and M&A matters as part of an experienced legal team at a leading financial services organization. The role is well suited for an associate-level attorney who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility in-house.
As the Corporate Attorney, you will provide practical legal counsel on corporate, securities, M&A, and other transactional matters; draft, review, and negotiate engagement agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other transaction-related documents; monitor relevant regulatory and legislative developments and advise on legal and regulatory considerations affecting transactions and business activities. You will also collaborate with business leaders and other internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives and special projects, coordinate with outside counsel, and assist with disputes, third-party matters, and other legal issues as they arise. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule based in Minneapolis.
Corporate Attorney (Full Time / Hybrid in Minneapolis In-House Counsel):
• 2-4+ years of corporate transactional experience, including experience with securities and M&A matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide thoughtful, practical legal guidance
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment, discretion, and a high degree of professional integrity
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with legal and business teams
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• Outstanding professional references
Corporate Attorney (Full Time / Hybrid in Minneapolis In-House Counsel):
• Experience practicing with an AmLaw 100 or sophisticated boutique corporate law firm
• Experience working with or advising financial institutions, investment banks, or other financial services organizations
• Experience advising on complex corporate, securities, or M&A transactions

Compensation:
Pay: The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
