Recruiting Operations Manager

Job Description

RECRUITING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Latitude is a globally ranked legal talent company. We directly employ former Am Law, elite-boutique and in-house attorneys and place them with legal departments and law firms across the U.S. With more than 7,000 attorneys in our talent pool and clients ranging from the Fortune Global 500 to high-growth companies and nonprofits, we are growing, and we are adding a Recruiting Operations Manager to our team.

THIS ROLE

As Recruiting Operations Manager, you will help our recruiters spend less time on administration and more time with candidates and clients by improving three areas: performance reporting, technology workflows and AI enablement. Our recruiters' expertise and relationships remain at the center of what we do. As we add technology and data to support their work, we need a hands-on operator to help lead that change to better support our team. You will work closely with our recruiting team members and the Revenue Operations Manager, who focuses on the sales side of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Performance metrics and reporting. Refine our existing talent KPIs and Salesforce reporting, and help give clear, data-backed insight into recruiting activity and results. Use the data to spot where recruiters and teams could use more support, and provide it through tools, training or process changes.
  • Workflow design. Learn the full recruiting cycle and refine the workflows already in place for how requisitions, candidates and placements move through Salesforce and our candidate portal. Document new Salesforce and AI workflows for recruiters. You write the requirements; our revenue operations team builds them.
  • AI enablement. Building on the AI work already underway and mindful of keeping people decisions in the hands of people, identify recruiting tasks where AI saves time or improves quality, and roll out tools and workflows that help. Make sure every use complies with our AI policy, data-privacy obligations and applicable regulations.
  • Talent tools and vendors. Own the vendors and licenses our talent team relies on, including LinkedIn and Leopard: renewals, negotiations, seat allocation and usage.
  • Cross-functional partnership. Serve as the recruiting-operations contact for Accounting, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Legal.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE

  • You have mapped the full recruiting cycle and ranked proposed system changes by impact.
  • Specific recruiting workflows run with AI support and show measurable results.
  • Our KPIs are refined and approved by leadership, and partners and recruiters rely on your reporting to see what's working and where to focus.
  • Recruiters find that the tools and workflows you have introduced save them time.
  • Every talent tool is cataloged and optimized so the team has the right tools as we scale.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Several years in recruiting operations, sales or revenue operations, or a similar hands-on operations role, ideally at a growing company where processes are still being built.
  • A staffing industry background is preferred, especially in legal flexible talent. No law degree required.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, especially reporting.
  • Comfort with numbers and data, and the ability to present them clearly and constructively.
  • Experience managing a stack of tools and vendors.
  • Strong working knowledge of Claude or similar AI tools, which you use daily to research, draft and update content. Experience building prompts or automations is a plus.
  • Comfort working closely with a hands-on leadership and turning direct feedback into action.
  • A high-ownership mindset. You see problems through to the end and are comfortable with change.

REPORTING AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports to: the President. You will work directly with a cross-functional group that includes the CEO.
  • Works closely with: our Revenue Operations Manager, our Salesforce administrator, the Director of Training, market partners and their recruiting teams, and leadership on KPIs.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Type of role: Permanent
